[Gpdd] ANNOUNCEMENT: Guinea Pig Abuse Trial Comes to Close

I have the official update. 
 
The trial in southern Maryland for the 280 abused guinea pigs and 10 shit tzu's was completed yesterday. Rohlands signed over the 10 shi-tzu's to the county. They can be rescued. Of the 60 remaining guinea pigs, Rohland gets to come and pick out 10 to take back home because the judge didn't feel he could deny him animal companionship. He is not allowed to breed and is on probation for 2 years. The animal control can go whenever they want to and check up on him.
