Misty and The Uineas, thanks so much for the update.  We are so thankful 
that all of you are OK.  It is so great of you to help out your friends and 
neighbors.  Having been in an area hit by a flood several years ago, we 
know how precious ice or bottled water becomes.

Susi, we really appreciate the tips on preparing our animals for a 
disaster.  Planning ahead is so very important.  Even if someone doesn't 
live in a hurricane- or tornado-prone area, there can be other emergencies, 
such as a trail derailing (God forbid) with hazardous chemicals on board.

Jaime, thanks for the compliment!  Yes, there is definitely interest in a 
Secret Santa type operation for the needy animals.  Jenna 
(Tenetylo at hotmail.com) has very graciously offered to match up people with 
pets needing help.  Thank you, Jenna!
