[Gpdd] [HEALTH] URGENT- Hiccups, I hope?

Hello all,
I'm hoping someone can give me some peace of mind- my boar Jack, around 2 years old, started doing something weird during laptime today. He got settled snug against my shoulder and was responding happily to being petted, then started a slight rhythmic jumping movement. It felt like hiccups and seemed to be coming from his belly area, but I've never had a guinea pig do that before and I got really scared that it might be something like a seizure. He didn't act like it hurt, and continued responding to being petted, stretching out his chin on my shoulder and licking my fingers. It went on for several minutes and I got worried, so for lack of anything better to do I got up to get a carrot and see if he'd eat it. The second I stood up with him, whatever it was stopped. He ate three baby carrots like everything was normal, and the hiccupping didn't start again when he was finished. He acted completely normal a few hours ago at dinner, and as soon as I put him back
in his cage to come and write this he ran to his cagemate DJ and stole another baby carrot from him. I feel like a total paranoid new mom here (even though I've had him for over a year), but I'd really appreciate it if anyone who's experienced something like this would let me know what's up.
  Thanks,
  Nena
