I went through the same thing; KayTee,
then Oxbow.
I just got my second bag (25lbs. 3rd. cut
Timothy) today, and it's as good as the 
last bag. 
I don't know about overnight UPS; your
gp should be o.k. for the time it takes
to get the good stuff.
Also, if you don't have a PayPal account,
you'll have to snail-mail a check or money-order.
