Lady Bug and I are very sorry to hear about little Mr. Tater Tot's eye problems but the Bugster knows all about being blind.  It's not so bad as long as you put everything in the same place every time you feed or give him treats.  I have a brick slab for LBs treats, lettuce, etc. and I just tap on it so she can orient herself.  No problem. : )
   
  You may find he becomes a little shy.  I think it's because he can't see, either as well or at all and becomes timid.  Don't worry about that either as it's just a self -defense thing.  His nose and ears will function just as well and since guinea pigs are not known for great eyesight, they use the other two functions more anyway.
