Hi Jan.  The citrus leaf itself won't hurt little Zathras.  I'm surprised he even ate it!  I'd be more concerned about any spraying your condo assn. does.  He'll probably be just fine but just watch him to be sure he doesn't go a little "off".  I wouldn't worry much about it.
