Hello Slaves!
Last wheeeekend, I trained with these 2 twins
named Missy & Michelle on dog excercising.
They were a lively bunch and I enjoyed them
a lot. So, we took some of the smaller doggies
out and let them run in the play yard. It was Fun,
but I have to admit that I'm kind of scared of
dogs. Isn't that messed up, ya'll? Well, really,
I'm scared of the bigger doggies, if they are
wild and aggressive.

So, anyways, we also cleaned up some of
the kittens' cages. Boy, are kittens Cute! And
then later, we checked on the pigs and buns.
And what do ya know? They had a new pig,
a little girl, an agouti mix. She was so Sweet.
So, of course, I had to hold her and kiss her.
But, you can't kiss just one. So, I held the 2 boy
piggies too. And then I gave all of buns and
pigs extra timothy hay. The pigs' hay levels
were low and they were very Happy that I gave
them some more.

I talked to the Volunteer Coordinator yesterday,
and she said that I was approved to take care
of the piggies & buns by myself. Wow, that was
fast. Honestly, I don't think that most of the
workers/volunteers want much to do with the
Exotic animals, and I understand, cuz I don't
really want to handle the doggies and kitties,
even though they are very Cute. I feel like the
little ones need someone like me to give them
some extra attention and TLC. So, that's what
I'm gonna do.

This Sunday, I am meeting with another volunteer
to do dog-excercising and then afterwards, I'm
gonna care for the buns and piggies. I am going
to bring in a playpen so that I can let the pigs out
and run while I'm cleaning their cages. I can let
the buns run freely, cuz they're a little easier to
catch since they're bigger.

      Love 'n Wheeeeeeeeeeps,
            Leah...Former Slave to Brownie Bear
                                & Butterscotch :-)
