Hi Denise.  Baby piggies can be given lettuce the day after they're born along with lots and lots of alfalfa hay.  They will learn what to do with it by watching the older piggies.  Your little Hedwig can can certainly have them now.  If you want to give her baby carrots it's best to limit them to just a small piece of 1 baby carrot until she's a lot older like maybe 9-10 months and on timothy pellets and hay.  She certainly doesn't need all that sugar right now.
