  I would like to suggest that 
  wheek have a special salute
  to our visually impaired piggies. 
  The should have a special 
  place in the opening cermonies. 
  I think they should be placed 
  between the LAPS President 
  Joliet and myself. That way 
  they will have a special place of 
  honor. I think wheek special 
  work hampsters to direct them
  about the grounds so they may 
  be able to praticapte in all the 
  events that they enjoy. Also they
  would givie a play by play account
  for them as well. The hampsters
  will also accomadate their every 
  whim such as treat fetching, 
  guideance to the pigfacities.
  they shall also cater to their
  beauty needs such a making 
  sure their beautiful coats are 
  in tip top shape at all times.
