[Gpdd] [PETER GURNEY] Invitation for Candle Lighting Memorial

Dear Slaves,
   
  It is only 2 more days until the First Annual International Candle Light Ceremony, in honor of Peter Gurney.  This is a real event, not virtual, so everyone is invited to light a candle (a real one) in his honor on Friday, March 9th at or around 8:00 pm, in your particular time zone.
   
  Peter Gurney passed away in July 2006, and the GPDDer's collectively decided to honor him on the day of his birthday, March 9th.  He did so much in his lifetime to promote guinea pig awareness, and his books and website has helped us all so much.
   
  What you need to do:  Just light a candle on Friday, March 9th at or around 8:00 pm, in memory of Peter Gurney, and for all the guinea pigs who are with him at the Rainbow Bridge.  The light will move around the world, and you will be a part of it.
