I am so sorry to learn of the very premature demise of MeMe but she may well 
have had some constitutional defect. Was she getting a well rounded diet -- 
plenty of vitamin C? Perhaps there was some unreported accident? Hopefully 
someone will be more helpful.

     The Jolly Rodents and I send you and your daughters our deepest 
sympathies.
