Jaime-plese don't feel as though you have "failed" anyone.  You did a magnificent job getting the word out about what is going on.  Your letter was great, well thought out and made a lot more sense than either this guys email or letter in response.
   
  You are a shinning star.  It is Mr. Kledzik that is the foolish dunce.  You are correct when you say he has no intention of learning any different.  I suspect he also doesn't want to seek out alternate food sources.  The fault is his, not yours.  The Lady Bug is applauding both you and your efforts on your part for her kind.
