[Gpdd] Health: Guiny and ovarian cysts

My very first piggie Staypuff had and 
  ovarian cyst and was fairly old for a 
  piggie, I think at least 2and half to 3 
  years old when the cyst was discovered.
  At that time all I had was the vet I have now
  for information and was not really "afraid" 
  cause I hadn't heard horror stories yet.
  He spayed her and she came thru great. 
  She had a mate at the time who loved
  her very much and would get upset 
  if away from Staypuff for more than 
  5 minutes at al time. I asked the vet
  if her mate Justice could go to the 
  vet with her cause he would drive
  me crazy if he stayed with me. 
  Well long story a little shorter, 
  Staypuff out lived Justice and 
  died a couple of years later. 
  She led a great life after surgery
  and was so happy. If anyone wants  I 
  will email you the story. All I can 
  say is if you trust your vet, and 
  Guiny is is good health other wise
  spaying may be a good solution.
