You cannot give Mimi too much Vit C as any surplus is just excreted. As piggies, like us, cannot make their own Vit C, she could have more veggies.

I never give the healthy Piggyfriends extra Vit C as they consume an enormous amount of veggies as part of their everyday diet. The only time that I use it is if I am making up a syringe feed for a poorly piggy, in which case I dissolve a piece of  Redoxon ( Soluble Vit C tablet ) into the water that I am using to make up the slurry.

There are plenty of veggies that are not too high in calcium if you are worried about stones.
