[Gpdd] Health: boar anatomy - emergency?

Hi,
   
  We are in the midst of a heavy snow storm today.  I took the opportunity to do a good cage cleaning, nail clipping and piggie check-up.
   
  Peaches passed except for a small bald spot on top of her head I have been treating with antifungal cream.  My other Teddys have had these spots, too.
   
  I found a problem with Pumpkin and I don't know if it is serious or not.  I cleaned out his male bits under warm running water.  i couldn't retract his penis.  I tried holding that area under the water and moving his penis around but it seems to be stuck inside.
   
  Anyone have this happen before?  I am afraid if it stays this way he might get a bladder infection.  I plan to soak him again later today.  Does this need a vet visit?  I hadn't checked his penis in a long time so don't know how long it has been this way.  I remove his impaction as neded usually once a week.
