[Gpdd] health - Cocoa

Well, I'm very, very sorry to say that I think my next post is not
going to be titled "health." I just read a thread on the guinea lynx
forum where Pinta said a few times that the chin sling only helps if
the problem is that the jaw muscles are weak, not if the cartilage is
damaged or something else is going on. I didn't see anything that gave
me any encouragement about fixing a dislocated jaw. I have another
half hour before I have to leave to go to the vet's, so I'll be
reading everything I can until then.

The other thing about the chin sling, apart from whether it's even
appropriate in this situation, is that it's not that straightforward
to use, and Pinta stresses that you have to use it under a vet's care.
I will mention it to the vet when I go, and see what he says.

Till later,
Suzy (I can't even write "with Rocky and Cocoa" without crying.)
