  That was me who said about knicking a toenail. It happens alot when their 
toenails get trimmed & yes it probably does smart a bit, but it hurts less 
then them getting stuck with a needle. I don't mean cutting a ton of quick 
off, just a tiny knick. Then they put powder on it & it stops the bleeding.
