Hi Jaime, if you mean website like Leah makes I would have no idea where to start.
 
If you just want somewhere to store and share photos then I use photobucket, its free of charge and straight forward to use, it takes a while to upload photos so I generally upload 10+ in one go and leave it uploading while I go and do something else.
 
You can then use link either direct to photo or to a whole album to share your pictures.
