Hello All,

     I think perhaps I over stepped the bounds of helpfulness and sympathy 
with the sad passing of Herbie the guinea pig and was more concerned with my 
own frustration than with the feelings of the person who had just lost her 
piggy and the feelings of digest members overall.

     The GPDD is, in part, a kind of classroom where we learn from each 
other, but I now feel that I over reached that objective when expressing my 
feelings about Herbie's condition, not once but twice. I apologize for any 
additional pain that I caused Herbie's family at a difficult time.

     and condolences to Herbie's "Mom"
