Hi Corrine,

	It broke my heart to hear what happened to Snowy Bear. Please don't blame yourself for the vet's incompetence!  I am horrified as to what she did, it's unbelievable. Snowy Bear knew you loved him. If there's anything I can do, please let me know. I'd be happy to call or write the vet in question and let them know what they did was unacceptable, or do anything else that could help.
