Wow!  seems like you jumped in and caught a situation that could go bad 
quickly and turned it around. I would continue to syringe extra water now 
that you are sure he can pass fluid. As for hydrogen peroxide, Please! dont 
use it again, ever for anything. It's action is to actually eat into damaged 
tissue and make the sore bigger, in some cases it can kill. I learned this 
while studying on the etherbun list for a couple years, they have vets who 
contribute.  I suggest also that instead of lotions that have lots of 
chemicals in them just use olive or vegetable oil, it lubricates and cleans, 
and wont taste bad he if he does a little self grooming. (For info on these 
chemicals I read the current book "Toxic Beauty" by Samuel S Epstein, 
totally amazing info meant for humans)Also remember piggies snack on cecals 
straight from the source so you dont want anything to discourage that taste 
wise. Were you able to extrude the penis all the way? Except the final 
piece, a clear barb ended piece shouldn't be extruded.  Just use oily finger 
tips and put it into his regular maintenance schedule, at least monthly 
along with cleaning out the "slot" between his testicular sacks with a Q-tip 
or similar, all that rumblestrutting allows them to pick up everything 
except the kitchen sink in there. Its very smelly, some boars pick up little 
detritus, others regularly get enough to cause blockages so every boar 
should have these 2 jobs done at least monthly. I usually finish with a 
quick bath and blow dry, they learn to love that warm air. I know I write 
about this allot but I cant stress enough how important this bit of hygiene 
is and so many new folks come along.
