Angela-
  I would first cut back on greens some to see if her poos stop being so 
soft. You're doing the right thing with the acidophilus. Supplement with 
Critical Care & maybe some canned pumpkin (the plain kind, not the kind with 
spices added!) & vegetable or fruit baby foods *in addition* to her normal 
diet to help try to pack on those pounds. Do you have a scale? If you do, 
weigh her every day & if she keeps eating & not gaining or losing more 
weight, it's time for a trip to the vets. If you can get cecal poops from a 
healthy pig, you can mash it up & mix it in some Critical Care & feed it to 
her (eww- I know!) The fact that she drinks so much could indicate diabetes. 
These are all just suggestions on my part. I am not an expert & so others 
may have better advice for you. I hope she feels better soon & it sounds 
like you are doing all the right things. Keep us updated.
