[Gpdd] MISC- Alge's name

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know why Alge used that name all these years instead of Beverly? I thought she told me one time it had something to do with a book but I don't remember. I was surprised when she & I did the secret Santa exchange a few years ago to find out her real name was Beverly. I always just assumed it was Alge & thought "what a weird name"! I just wondered. Hugs...
