[Gpdd] MISC- carrot tops

Mimi likes the green leaves of carrot tops. My mom & dad grow them in their garden & then give me the tops for her. I put them in a baggie in the fridge & then get them out & wash them a little at a time for her. Now I'm concerned, can they ferment like grass? Should she not have them after they've been stored in the fridge? Thanks!
