Such a piggy, adult and pink to boot may need a new home allot more than 
some. Try the quarantine, pest protocol, then side by side caging until the 
semi friendly then move to a bigger cage or if the cage was big enough 
already just use creative cubes to separate them until they are friendly or 
at least social, and then try the neural ground/ big salad /and clean piggy 
route.  But make absolute sure she's a she and be sure to give them enough 
time and space to work out their differences, there will be rumblestrutting, 
sniffing, Brrrring, mounting, and threats of violence. Don’t distract them, 
let them work it out unless they absolutely are going to fight, then throw a 
blanket and pluck one out. After all, someone has to come out on top. Even 
if it takes several sessions go for it. And if it doesn’t work find one of 
use to take her or trade with someone at  shelter. I think Puff will like a
