Thank you Ann for translating my diatribe into American English. All US members should save your comprehensive reply for future use as I am always wary of recommending meds and doses, which may easily differ between our various countries.

It is a shame that Bisolvon is not available in the US. I have found that it is very effective and have used it for myself as I am prone to bronchitis.
