Dear Jean,

I am sorry that your dear old Ned is unwell. I know how sad it is when one
of my herd is beyond help and all I can do is to keep him/her comfortable
and well fed for as long as they have left.

My Rodentologist always says that, as long as they are not in any pain,
they have a few good meals left to enjoy before the final journey and I
just take it one day at time. What more can we do?
