I am so sorry to read about Twinkle. She might not like the flavour of 
the antibiotic. You could try sweetening it a bit. I know I used to add 
fruit juice like apple to my guinea pig's Critical Care.l Make sure 
she's getting liquids. I also used watered down apple juice. Some times 
that kickstarts them eating on their own. Try favourite foods like 
cucumber or catgrass. I hope this helps.
