Dear Ellen,

We are all so very saddened by the passing of your little Merary Ary Bandit
and can quite understand how you are unable to write more at the moment.

Once again, I did not receive your original post and would not have known
about Merary had I not seen the kind messages from Mark and Joanie and had
to retrieve your post from the archive. This is not the way that the GPDD
should be operating. Whether it is advice on a sick piggy or a message of
sympathy, we should be able to reply asap without searching through the
archive.

We are all sending our most sincere condolences and hope that your memories
of Merary will, one day, outweigh your current sadness at her loss.
