My pig Clover lost weight while on Baytril. Once she was able to go off it she gained weight again. In my experience, antibiotics cause some weight loss. It's good to treat our pigs and try to help them, but it's also good to find a balance between treating and letting an animal heal on its own, at least that is my perspective. Good luck to you!
