[Gpdd] Health: shilintong & extra tooth?

Hi there,
We have used shilintong for our Lotje, who had bladder sludge. It seemed to
help but it's not a miracle solution. We did feel it helped slow down any
problems with stones forming and made her pee more.
Our friends had a boar with a small stone, and they used something called
eurologist here in the Netherlands. Their vet was interested to see if
there were any effects (as shilinting eurologist is a more natural remedy),
after a while new x rays were taken at the cost of the vet and the stone
had gone!
We suspected our Peaches of having a stone and had her and Roos on
eurologist for a while. Some time after we quit using eurologist Roos had a
rather big stone lodged in her uretha and we had to put her to sleep. So it
might have helped but as with eurologist don't expect a miracle remedy...
and they need to be on shilintong for a long time. Stopping work the
eurologist did not do Roos any favours, If it helped in the first place (i
have no real evidence of that, except for the story of our friends boar).
Peaches had x rays and had no stones (yay!), could have been the eurologist
helped in dissolving a small stone or she had no stone to start with, it's
hard to tell...

Hope this helps a bit, we have no bad experiences with it but it is not a
miracle remedy in my opinion.

Just a quick question to you all. Our Tijger had lost some weight, and now
we saw that behind her front teeth she seems to have a bit of extra tooth?
Has anyone seen or heard of this before?
We'll be going back to the vet soon but any info one of you might know
about this is helpful...

Thanks,
Mieke and the guinygirlz plus boar Bérke
