Mieke, it was with much sadness that we read of the passing of Roos.  We 
are so very sorry that you had to help her to the Bridge due to a 
bladderstone stuck in her urethra.  Please find comfort, though, in 
knowing that she is no longer in pain and that you did all your best for 
her.  You are so right about how terrible stones are.  We have had two 
stones piggies.  Filtering water is a great idea, as is, we feel, a 
low-calcium diet.  Thank you for sharing your memory of how she loved to 
be petted and would give you a look to let you know you shouldn't stop 
-- a very smart girl.  Roos was very lucky to be so loved.

We also send healing wheeks to Peaches, and we certainly hope she does 
not have a stone.  Could she have a UTI?
