[Gpdd] MISC.: how Scottie requests his Vitamin C

Scottie loves his chewable Vitamin C piece and now has a way to ask for it. He stands on his brick with his full body and waits for me to notice him. He's decided on a certain time I should give it to him, so I make sure to look for him around that time.
