[Gpdd] Peter Gurney Memorial: On March 9th!!

Hi Digesters,
Oliver here, along with my fellow organizers Scottie, Fitz and Coke.   
Weeee want everyone to mark their calendars for March 9th, for our  
annual Peter Gurney Memorial candlelighting!  This is the special day  
that weeee remember all of our animal and human friends who are now at  
the Rainbow Bridge. All you need to do is light a candle (either real  
or virtual) on March 9th, at 8:00 pm, in your particular time zone.   
As lights are lit in each time zone, the light travels around the  
world for all to see, and know that weeee are thinking of them on this  
special day.  Weee do this in honor of Peter Gurney, who was a guinea  
pig champion, who wrote many of the books and web information that our  
humans use to keep us happy and healthy. Mr. Gurney died in 2006 in  
England and weeee have been doing this candlelight memorial every year  
since.  The guinea pigs who came before us organized this memorial,  
and weeee are are carrying on this proud tradition. So mark your  
calendars for March 9th, at 8:00 pm, and tell your friends too! It's  
not just for piggies!
