Kelly,
I have the same problem with my pig, Max. He often
seems to have some mysterious sore on his nose. The
hair falls out, and then grows back in. I don't really
put anything on it. If the lavender oil works for you,
I'd say stick with it. Have you noticed her scratching
a lot more than usual? If she's scratching, it could
be some sort of parasite. I've never seen Max with
scabby ears, so I'm not sure about that.
