Hello All Piggies and Piggie loving humans!

Just a news note:  Sundae and Tosca are back from their annual well piggie visit to Dr. Barten at Vernon Hills Animal Hospital and all is well, mostly.

As you may know, Sundae is a bit of an old lady these days, and Dr. Barten said that she has an ovarian cyst, as do about 75% of adult female piggies.  But he said it does not appear to bother her, she's not losing hair on the flank, and if it were his pig (and he has had pigs, at least in the past), he would not opt for surgery as it's very risky.  On the other hand, Sundae's lost a bit of weight, and Tosca seems to have found it, but they are OK, neither under nor over weight.

So, that's the news.
