[Gpdd] Health: Bald Spot

Hi to all Pigs and People,

This morning I noticed a nearly bald spot on Penny, and remembered that it
was a place where she is often scratching and biting at. It is in the middle
of her back, right along the spinal cord.. I probed the area and she showed
no signs of pain or discomfort nor did I find any abnormality there. As a
matter of fact as I was feeling around there, she started to relax and lie
down. She is otherwise active and healthy and weighs in at a whopping 1085
grams. There are no other bald spots on her and her cagemate, Ivy, has no
bald spots either. Does anyone have any idea of why Penny might be
scratching/biting that particular area? Thanks!
