Corrine and Michael,
  I know it's hard but PLEASE don't think that you've done anything wrong with K.C.  We can all see how dedicated you were to him.  I hope you can find some small amount of comfort in the fact that you've inspired me and many other guinea pig lovers to be better slaves.  I can only hope that I will be able to take such wonderful care of my Cecelia should she ever suffer from health problems.  I admire you both very much.  And I know that anyone who has read your story will also be inspired to love these precious creatures just a little bit more, and treat them just a little bit better (and I didn't think it was possible to love them more than I already do!).  I just want you to know that because of you, my little girl, and many, many other little guinea pigs around the world will be a little bit happier and a little bit healthier, because you are an inspiration to us all.
