I know exactly which sound you mean that sounds like if some pig had a panic 
attach. My Sweetie does it only very late evening or in the middle of the 
night. The only thing that I can think of is that her sister pushed her out of the 
way ( Poly is the dominant one), or that she went for a snack and can't find 
her way back in the dark. By the time I'm checking them everything is back to 
normal...so, I learned to ignore it.
