Hi Leah,

My Vet said that "rodents" can stand to have much higher doses of Metacam than other animals.  She said a guinea pig can have as much as 12 drops a day.  I'm giving, Pepper, 8 drops a day for her bladder inflammation.  This is a chronic, genetic thingy that she'll always have.  She'll lick the first 3 drops off my finger.  I have to put the rest on a tiny piece of cracker or bread.  It has to be something that will absorb the med.
