Hey Dee!
I totally have to agree with Alge in
that you need to have x-rays done to
at least rule out the bladder stones.
My Brownie Bear was being treated
for UTI's for months, when in fact
she had bladder stones. I am just so
Happy that Judi (GP Rescue Lady)
referred me to her Vet up in Northern
Va. and I got Brownie Bear in really
soon and had the surgery done within
a couple of days. And now, I will still
occassionally see blood in her urine.
And if I hear her whine/cry when she
pee's I'll give her some Metacam and
syringe her a ton of water.

I haven't heard that Metacam caused
bleeding, but I'm gonna ask my Vet
about that in December when I take
BBear for her quarterly bladder stone
check-up. That concerns me.

   Love 'n Wheeeeeps,
     Leah...Slave to BB & BS :-)
