Hi Dawnda, I was going to email you privately because of all the sadness going on around the digest. But I decided to post to the GPDD because this might be of help to some gp's.

In July, you mentioned a human drug called, Flexeril, that helped your Sabrina pass a bladder stone. My girl, Pepper, had bladder stone surgery last Nov. but now she has another one. I've had her on Shilintong for 2 1/2 weeks but she still cries when peeing. I have her on Metacam (for pain), and Cosequin for (bladder inflammation).

I don't want to have to put her thru another awful surgery. SO I'M PRETTY DESPERATE HERE!!!!!!

What was the dosage (mg?) of the Flexeril pill? Did you syringe it to her? And is there an equivalent med for animals? I don't know if I could persuade my Doctor to write me a prescription if it's for an animal. HELP!!!

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Janelle
