Greetings, all RV Party Pigs - Topper, here. Mollie and I weren't able to
come to the pignic due to mama and daddy slave needing us here with them -
they've had a rough few days and we didn't want to leave them. BUT, we did
climb up on our roof - right by our nice warm chimney - to watch as the
Amazing RV came by our house. WOW!!! Mollie was all tucked into a warm
towel (it's still pretty cool up here in the hills) and I was beside her in
my favorite cuddle cup. You pigs just can't imagine what a splendid
spectacle you all were as you roared by in the RV!!! Even quiet Mollie
wheeked in salute! As you passed us, I could here a rousing chorus of "For
They Are Jolly Good Fellows" being sung and, in blinking lights on both
sides of the RV, it said "Welcome, Prince and Niles - Our Elder Pigs". They
must be VERY aged and wise pigs to have their names up in lights. Also, I
thought the two bumper stickers on the back of the RV that said "Party
Animals On Board" and "Guinea Pigs Rule" were really cool. Anyway, I just
wanted to thank all of you for doing a "fly by" for all of us piggies in
various places that couldn't make it to the pignic. The barrel roll that
you did to let us know that you saw us popcorning and waving was THRILLING!
[Thanks, Mr. Cooders!] I thought little Mollie was actually going to swoon
with delight! Well, gotta go. . . Mama Salve needs a snuggle. Oh. . . I'm
sort of embarrassed to mention this. . . y'all will probably think I'm
crazy. . . but I could have sworn that I heard a classical accordion
accompaniment to "For They Are Jolly Good Fellows". . . I did! Really!! I
DID! Hey - Mollie heard it, too!!! . . . Anyway. . . we can't wait to read
the rest of the Pignic Tales of 2005. Bye fer now.
Topster and Little Moll'
