[Gpdd] MISC: Candles for Peter

I think the time difference helps...it means that somewhere in the world,
on that day, there will be candles alight in Peter's memory.  When was
Peter's birthday?  That might be a suitable to day, to celebrate the day
he was born, rather than the sadness of losing him.
