Hi Every Piggy and Person,

I bought a scale for weighing piggies just over a wheek ago in order to
keep tabs on Wilson's weight loss. I wish that I had puchased it 6 wheeks
earlier then I'd have a better record of his weight.
I told Sandy and maybe posted that Wilson looks more like Larry the
Cucumber in shape than like an eggplant, which he should resemble.
(For those wondering about their GPs shape or weight, maybe something in
this will be helpful.)
Wilson (who is 3 1/2 year old) weighed in at a very slight and slender
2 #s and 2 oz a wheek ago. Yesterday he weighed the same. But I wish I knew
where he started. He has always been small but definitely not like this.
Chester, in contrast, weighed 3#s 2 oz tho I expected him to weigh more.
I haven't yet put Mr. Cooders in the scale. I think he'll outweigh Chester
though I thought Chester had become the biggest of my GPs. Mr. Cooders looks
bigger now as he bustles about his cage making things presentable "in case Porky
might happen to drop in." :)
As for Wilson, other than thin (too too thin) he behaves well. He eats
heartily and quickly devours the extra romaine leaf that I slip him with his
morning and evening fruits and veggies. He is lively most of the time --???
     Vet next wheeek.
I'll keep you posted. But all info and suggestions open!!

Also, even tho Smeagol died a year and a half ago, his story still
saddened me. Remember, Carly, the odds were in favor of a good recovery from
neutering. You did not make a bad decision and could not have foreseen the unhappy
outcome. Still, none of that really helps all that much, does it?

Welcome new members -- you'll love it here.
