[Gpdd] Misc: Animal Abuse idea from Susi

Hi all, Susi wrote me the following email and I returned with this responce. 
  What does everyone think about this? Susi had a great idea and I think this would be 
  something that we could all help with. 
   
  I have an even better idea. How about using Peter Gurney's name to it. What more fitting of an orginazition than this to honor him. This would continue his quest of educationing and protecting the animal world.

  Something like the Amber Alert, we'd have to figure out the details
  and such. And why not name it for one of the piggies that have 
  been rescued from a bad situation, maybe one that has gone on
  now to the Rainbow Bridge?  If we can work out some details, we
  can present it to the gpdd group, ask for suggestions for names,
  etc, then promote it publicly.  It might help catch such abusers,
  as well as maybe rescue and locate animals.
