[Gpdd] Miscellanous Teddy Issues

I just bought Teddy a really large cage it is three stories tall he did live in a single duplex cage bought I got him one that is larger the
problem is he wont climb up the stairs to get to his food or to go down to his house he just eats and pees on the top deck i have had to bath him twice because of this how can i make him climb his new house and explore i am so worried about him please someone help you can e mail me personally but i am so desperate
