This is what I've found as well.  When a piggie is sick and already getting antibiotics or other drug treatment, it just seems like a good idea to me to change as little else as possible.  I do sometimes add a bit of a favourite veggie blended up fine or in baby-food form to make the slurry more enticing, but these are a regular part of their diet already, too...
