Dear Mark & Son,

I was so sad to read that you have lost Butternut to the bridge.  It does 
sound as if she passed peacefully and without struggling.  No matter how 
many you have, it's never easy to lose one.  I wish you peace and acceptance 
with your loss.  I know she gave you years of enjoyment and pleasure but you 
are right... it's always too soon when they leave us to go to the bridge.
