[Gpdd] GPDD (Health) (Hina'u seems to be paralyzed )

Hi all, 
I don't know what happened but Hina'u,     (born 5/23/09, the last of 4 babies in that birth ), had stasis or bloat, I gave him simethicone and took him to veterinarian two times in the last week  (with Angel,  for company,  and  vet is close about a 20 min drive. )
I have been keeping Hina'u warm in fleece and with Angel, his dad. 
But he will not get up or walk around.  He had sub cue fluids on Monday but only what I gave him today, critical care and water. He seems not too alert!!!
Does anyone know what else I can do?
